Refund Policy

Every Used 2 Bees product is customized for you — your branch, rank, headgear, call sign, and name tape are built into each mascot. Because each item is made to order, all sales of customized products are final.

Something wrong with your order?

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you customized, contact us within 30 days of delivery at Used2beestore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you — your choice.

Non-customized items

Unworn items with tags attached may be returned within 30 days for a refund. Email us first for return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours.
